What’s your longest streak? For me, I used to be lucky if I could make it a day before I was back in the snack cupboard trying to satisfy my craving for something sweet after a long day.
I always used to start strong; a healthy breakfast, a morning walk, a nourishing lunch and dinner, even some healthy snacks but by the time the kids were in bed, my willpower had maxed out.
I’m a strong believer that any healthy change to your lifestyle is a great thing – so by no means were my efforts a waste but it was incredibly frustrating to feel as though I was constantly falling at the final hurdle, unable to truly break my habits despite my renewed dedication each morning.
Consistency is something many of my clients struggle with when they first come to me for help and it’s no surprise – in fact, the entire diet industry is built on the fact that most diets are totally unsustainable i.e. they’re designed to not work and make you think that you were the problem, (you’re not!).
Contrary to popular opinion, I don’t think the issue is lack of information.
I think we all know that getting more sleep, moving more, eating nutritious filling foods and managing stress are some of the most powerful things we can do for our health.
So, what is it? What’s holding us back from doing all these things on a consistent basis?
For many of the women I’ve worked with, there’s a fear that living a healthy lifestyle is always going to be hard, like it will always feel like an uphill battle that you have to face every day like I did with my nightly trip to the snack cupboard – but it doesn’t have to be.
What I have learnt over the past few years coaching women, studying nutritional science and honing my knowledge, is that making sustainable healthy changes requires more than a meal plan and some motivation.
In my opinion, the real reason why many of us struggle to stay consistent with our diets is that we’ve simply never been given the right set of tools for making sustainable healthy changes – tools that genuinely speak to the ways in which our brains create and break habits; the science that helps us understand what we do and why we do it – those are the tools you want, and those are the tools I’m ready to give you.
Consistent Momentum
A new, unique programme that helps you make permanent changes and teaches you, rather than tells you!
Combining neuroscience, mindfulness, positive psychology, nutritional science and a touch of spirituality, the 8-week programme will help my clients uncover the real reasons for their chronic dieting cycle and learn how to rewire their brains to implement genuinely sustainable changes to their lives.
If you’ve got this far through this article then this could be your opportunity to experience the full 8-week programme at a fraction of the cost. I’m looking for a handful of women to help me beta test the programme and generate some testimonials before I launch the Consistent Momentum programme in 2022.
I’m looking for…
- An ambitious career woman or business owner
- Aged 35-50, perhaps a mum but not necessarily
- A serial dieter who is looking for a better way to lose weight for good
- Someone who is curious about health and wellbeing and wants to make sustainable healthy changes
If this sounds like you or someone you know, I’d love for you to get involved! I’m offering you my new 8-week programme for just £247 (£497 when it launches) with all the same resources and support as the full programme including weekly videos, coaching sessions and a whatsapp group!
Over the past year, I’ve witnessed just how effective group support can be for implementing real changes so I’m thrilled to be offering this group coaching programme which will allow my clients all the support they need.
Sounds like something you’d be interested in? The programme starts 5th November and runs for 8 weeks.
You can find all the details here or drop me an email at irina@irinanailer.com and I’ll take you through the whole programme and you can decide if it’s right for you!
This is not a diet, it’s not a fad, it’s a programme that will genuinely help you create permanent changes to your lifestyle and get out of the harmful diet cycle for good!
Let’s do this together!
