Everyone has their breaking point and mine was when I reached a stage in my life where I was unbearably, inconsolably stressed. Burn out hit me hard and started impacting my family life - it was then that I realised something had to change.
It’s hard to admit that you need help but my chronic headaches, IBS, low energy, poor immune system and constant anger were all screaming for me to do something - anything to get me out of this unhealthy lifestyle loop I had created for myself.
My Story
I reached out to a Nutritionist who helped me restore my gut health and learn how to truly nourish and fuel my body. We worked on strengthening and bettering my mindset; the more I learnt and implemented, the more in-tune I became with my mind and my body and what they needed to thrive.
I soon started to feel like the best version of myself, I was less stressed and eating food that made me feel nourished and happy.
My superpower is helping women transform their health & wellbeing - lose weight, reduce stress and find more balance by making themselves a priority and creating healthy diet and lifestyle habits they love.
Looking back, I realised that my mindset and inner critic played a huge part in my negative feelings, stress and my relationship with food. As I built my own business and continued my healthy lifestyle, I learned to turn down the volume on those negative voices and even lost weight I wasn’t intending to lose.
Why am I telling you this story? Because, I know what it’s like when it feels impossible to make yourself a priority. Whether it’s work stress, kids or just life getting in the way, there is always a way to feel great again. Let’s start your journey to a happier, healthier life, together.
