Ending the cycle of dieting, food guilt and weight-gain starts with you - your mindset and your power to change your life. But you’re not alone. I help you develop a healthy, positive relationship with food that nourishes your body, and together we create healthy habits that make you feel great and help you achieve your goals.

We start with an onboarding session followed by two deep-dive sessions to uncover the root cause of any unhealthy patterns and create powerful mindset shifts to break bad habits and ensure healthy changes are sustainable.
The next stage is a 5 day meal plan to reset your eating habits. We also talk about positive nutrition, sleep, movement and relaxation over two sessions in order to create a bespoke plan of action that makes healthy work for you!
Now it’s time for implementation. Over four fortnightly coaching sessions, you’ll be able to check in with me, stay accountable and work through any issues you’re encountering, together.
